I was surprised to be offered a snack (kilishi) from home .The beauty of it is that I have always wanted to eat kilishi,suya and any snack from home, but never knew where they exited here in USA. Guess where it came from? Tustin Ca may be due the sunshine there,because the high temperature is necessary to make it.There`s no doubt in my mind the same temperature could be created in a factory, or industrial atmostphere.One cannot say the effect of such heat regarding the taste of the product. Anyone who knows kilishi, and eats it likes dry meat.It should be a healthy snack in my opinion. If you want to know more about it call 714 -673- 7770 for further discussion.
