I was surprised to be offered a snack (kilishi) from home .The beauty of it is that I have always wanted to eat kilishi, suya and any snack from home, but never knew where they exited here in USA. Guess where it came from? Tustin Ca may be due the sunshine there, because the high temperature is necessary to make it.There`s no doubt in my mind the same temperature could be created in a factory, or industrial atmostphere. One cannot say the effect of such heat regarding the taste of the product. Anyone who knows kilishi, and eats it likes dry meat.It should be a healthy snack in my opinion. If you want to know more about it call 714 -673- 7770 for further discussion.

Fufu is a West African staple that is eaten with soups and stews. This is an Americanized version of Fufu. To give your Fufu a more authentic flavor, try leaving out the margarine and the salt.
4 cups of water...1 1/4 cups Cream of Wheat...1 cup potato flakes...1 tablespoon margarine (optional)...1/8 teaspoon salt (optional) (1) In a small saucepan bring two cups water to a boli over medium heat. Reduce heat to low. (2) In a large saucepan bring 2 cups water to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium and add Cream of Wheat 1/4 cup at a time, stirring constantly. Add tablespoons of hot water from the other pan when mixture gets too thick to stir. (3) Add potato flakes 1/4 cup at a time, stirring constantly and when necessary, adding hot water. (4) Add margarine and salt and stir until margarine is melted. Continue to cook, stirring vigurously until Fufu pulls away from the sides of the pan and forms a ball. (5) Form Fufu into cup-size balls and place on plates or in bowls. Enjoy!!

How To Roll A Perfect Blunt For Novice Smokers

step 1First thing you need-Swishers,weed, knife or scissors, grinder, lighterStep 2:Lick your blunt until it is moist. Take a
blade and cut a straight line lengthwise from butt to tip. Step 3push all the Nicotine out after blunt has been cut in the middle. Step 4Now that you've got a nice rectangular
blunt wrap, lick the edges to seal up any tears. Then, take the wrap
and fold it in the center like you would for a joint.Step 5Spread the weed evenly down the length of
the blunt. (If you don't use enough weed to support the size of the
wrap it will collapse in on itself while you're trying to smoke.)Step 6Give your blunt it's shape by carefully
folding and rolling it up. Tuck the shorter side of the wrap around the
weed, then continue to roll it all the way. Be careful not to pinch the
ends shut or roll it too tight as this will cause you to pass out from
sucking too hard.Step 7Lick the last half inch pf paper
lengthwise. Then, press the rest carefully down to the blunt. (Blunt
type is really important here, since some blunts are stickier than
others.) Do not taper the ends too much as this can cause the blunt to
end up with a hole too small to pull from.Step 8Take a lighter and run it up and down the
length of the blunt while spinning it. This will dry out the moisture
and give it a good bake, which makes the blunt firmer. Don't let the
fire linger in one spot too long or it will burn. Bake the blunt just
long enough to make it firm and a little darker in colorStep 9Hold the fire at the very tip of the
blunt. Spin the blunt around to evenly distribute the flame and
minimize the possibility of developing runs. (Runs can be remedied by
smearing saliva on the longer side of the cherry.)

How To Start A Car

Steps on How To Start A CarThe first thing you will need is a vehicle. Assuming you have
one, the next step is to get in the vehicle, in the driver's
seat. For most vehicles, you will need to take the key that came with
the vehicle, or is a copy, and insert it into the ignition. This is
often near the steering wheel and is a round piece of metal with
writing with a keyhole in it. Insert the key all the way into the
ignition after you find it.After inserting the key, you will take the hand you inserted it
with, and using your fingers, twist the key. Make sure you don't
pull the key out doing so. If it does not turn one way, then try
the other direction. If the vehicle has a steering lock engaged you will often have
to jiggle the steering wheel a little to allow the keys to
turn. Before you turn the key, you will want to know what to do with
your feet.If the car has a manual transmission the car will have a clutch
pedal. It is important to make sure the transmission gear shift is
in neutral before attempting to start the car. If the vehicle is in
gear, starting the engine will result in unwanted vehicle movement.
Some (not all) standard shift cars are equipped with a clutch
safety switch which interrupts the electricity to the starter
unless the clutch is fully depressed. With the clutch depressed the
engine is mechanically disconnected from the transmission so the
car cannot move. Once the engine is running, DO NOT release the
clutch until you have verified the transmission is in neutral.
Releasing the clutch with the transmission in gear will result in
sudden vehicle movementIf the car has an automatic transmission the car won't have a
clutch pedal but it will be equipped with a neutral safety switch.
The neutral safety switch prevents the starter from engaging unless
the shift selector is in the "P" or "N" positions. Like the clutch
safety switch mentioned above, the neutral safety prevents
unintended vehicle movement. To pump or not to pump, that is the question. Whether it's
nobler to leave the gas pedal alone or pump like crazy. To answer
the question of what to do with the gas pedal two pieces of
information are required. First you need to know if the vehicle is
fuel injected or has a carburetor. If you don't know and the car
was made before 1990, assume the car has a carburetor. (nearly all
cars after 1990 are fuel injected). Fuel injected cars don't
require gas pedal action. If the car has a carburetor, use of the
gas pedal will change depending whether the engine is hot or cold.
A hot engine refers to one that has been recently running. Sitting
in the sun on a warm summer day won't do it. The engine on that car
is still considered cold. A warn engine usually requires no gas
pedal use. If pumping the gas on a warm carburetor engine is
required, then something is wrong and the engine needs service. If
the engine is cold, more fuel will be required to get the car
started. In this case depress the gas pedal once and release it.
This will cause the carburetor's choke to close and a small amount
of fuel to be squirted into the engine. Each time you depress the
gas pedal on a car equipped with a carburetor, more liquid gas will
be squirted into the engine. Too much and you may "flood" the
engine with fuel. Liquid fuel does not easily burn and flooding may
prevent the engine from starting. (See the tip on starting a
flooded engine)You should feel several 'steps' in the resistance to the
turning of the key, you will want to continue turning it until you
can hear the engine turn over. Most commonly this is at the end of
the path that the key will travel in it's turn. After the vehicle
has started, let go of the key.If this does not work call your wonderful father-in-law for
assistance. However, before he arrives try the key again. That way
if it starts he will not call his daughter (your wife) and tell her
"I told you so".If this does not work you might want to apoligize to the
enigneering equipment operator where you work for all of the unkind
things you have said and done to him and take him to breakfast or
at least bring him some donuts. Aslo thank him for the tips listed
below. He really does care about you.

Pearls of Great Price -Part 2

Matthew 13:44-46
44Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto treasure hid in a field; the which when a man hath found, he hideth, and for joy thereof goeth and selleth all that he hath, and buyeth that field. 45Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto a merchant man, seeking goodly pearls: 46Who, when he had found one pearl of great price, went and sold all that he had, and bought it.
Here Jesus talks about the kIngdom of Heaven. The kingdom of heaven is the kingdom of God. Kingdom we know means the king's dominion. So the kingdom of heaven is the dominion of God where Jesus Christ is the king.
In the above story Jesus talks about the kingdom of heaven as a treasure hidden in a field or a merchant man looking for goodly pearls, and when they found it they sold all they have to buy it.
Man what can you sell to have the kingdom of heaven. Man if you sell all you have, even if the whole world and all that is in it is yours . You cannot buy the kingdom of God. Unless you have Jesus Christ in your life as your personal Lord and Savior. An incident in the bible points to this, a rich man wants to follow Jesus. Jesus told him to go and sell all he has and come and follow him. It was very hard for this young man because he has too much wealth. It was not necesarilly selling all he has but the issue is that he has to deny himself and all the goodies he lloves to enjoy.
The cost is that we must deny ourself inorder to carry the cross. There is nothing wrong in been rich but we must be rich to the glory of God. It is only the love of riches and money that will stop us from making the kingdom of God.To be contd. (Chucks)

How To Knock Somebody Out

		Try dropping your
weight "into" the punch as you connect.

Remember, energy equals mass times velocity squared. So to create more power
(energy) I have to increase my mass or my speed.

In practice most martial arts practitioners try and do both. They try and get
more hand speed plus they try and get more body (more mass) into the punch.

Of course there is diminishing returns too, e.g. trying to put too much body
into your punch causes you to over commit and be off balance.

But, dropping your weight into the punch temporarily adds mass to the equation
because you are borrowing the force of gravity.

If you stand on a bathroom scale you get a reading of your weight. If you bounce
up and down on the scale the reading of your weigh bounces up and down too --
you're "lighter" when you bounce up and "heavier" when you
come down.

So you can increase your apparent weight briefly and transfer that force into
your punch. To do this you need to punch slightly downward rather than upward
and you also need to bend your knees to "drop" slightly as you hit.

How To Change A Tire

Step 1: Choose your spot well

Pull off the road so that you are safely out of
the flow of traffic
Try to stop in a straight part of the road, so
that passing traffic can see you from a distance
Stop the car on a level spot, it is unsafe to
jack up a car on an incline
Turn on your Hazard
lights
Step 2: Remove tools from vehicle

Retrieve the tools listed above from the car and
place them within reach
If desired, put on the gloves, and place the blocks
under the tire opposite the flatStep 3: Loosen the lug nuts
Remove the hubcap, if necessary
some cars won't have hubcaps... consult your owners'
manual for proper instructions in removing the hubcaps
Using the lugwrench, begin to loosen the lug nuts
sometimes the lug nuts are quite difficult to
loosen
if you can't loosen them, try jumping on the lug
wrench to loosen themDo not remove the lug nuts, only
loosen themStep 4: Jack up the vehicle

Consult your owners' manual and find where the
jack needs to be positioned
usually, the jack contacts the car at a small
plate on the frame of the car
this plate is usually located just in front of
the rear tires, and just behind the front tires
Position the jack under the car, and raise the
jack until it contacts the frame
Make sure the jack is properly positioned
Extend the jack until the tire is about 6 inches
off the ground
remember: don't stop raising
the car when the flat tire is just off the ground...the spare tire is fully
inflated and will require more ground clearanceStep 5: Remove the flat tire
Remove the lug nuts from the bolts, and put them
aside
Grab the wheel
it is easiest to grab the tire at the "nine o'clock"
and "three o'clock" positions
Pull the wheel straight toward you, and off the
carStep 6: Put on the spare tire
Position the spare tire directly in front of the
wheel well
Align the holes in the center of the spare tire
with the bolts on the car
Lift the spare tire and position it on the threaded
bolts
Push the tire onto the car until it cannot go
any farther
Replace the lugnuts on the bolts and tighten them,
but not too tight...just enough to hold the tire in place while you lower
the carStep 7: Lower the vehicle
Lower the car with the jack until the car is again
resting on all four tires
Tighten the lugnuts, starting with one, then moving
to the one opposite it, and so on...Step 8: Put the tools away

Place the flat tire where the spare was located
Replace the jack and lug wench in their proper
locations
Carefully inspect your work area and make sure
that you're not leaving anything
Continue on to your destination, and have the
flat tire repaired

		Hi every one ,
It is good to be back again. We have been talking about the preciousness of the Word. The Word of God. God is His word. His word is right all the time and it has no fault and it fails not. God's Word heals, saves, delivers. His Word is the best for the World and the World cannot do without Him.

What The Word is and can Do
Hebrews 4:12- "For the Word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart"
Because the Word of is alive and active, it has the power to touch and change life. If the Word of God cannot change a man nothing on earth can change a man.
The quickness and powerfulness of the Word shows how action packed and instantness is the Word to work in the life of man. The greatest miracle in life is the miracle of salvation. It happens instanteneosly, immediately to convict and convince a sinner that He/she needed Christ now more than ever. When the Word comes in into a life it will tear it apart and focusing the life of what Jesus have done for him/her on the Cross of Calvary.
The pierceness of the Word is very powerful that a sinner cannot withstand it because it will breakdown all man and human foundations that have been against God in that man's life. So this is the breaking point that will turn to a turning point that will authomatically revolutionalize man's life to bring it to God. That is the great regeneration in man's life. We should not resist the word of God for the Word of God is Alive. Bless you and Happy Father's Day in Jesus.
